Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning barbecues at both Commercial and Residential properties

• Maintaining and organizing company supplies and equipment

• Interacting with customers

• Managing a Team Member

• Upselling products and add-ons

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience working in-home services industry is an asset

• Ability to excel in a team environment

• Able to perform physical labour and operate light equipment

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions

• Able to meet deadlines, problem solve and work well under pressure

• High attention to details

Compensation

• $17-21/hour starting salary, pay increases as you are promoted to high positions (high performers are promoted very quickly at Canadian BBQ Boys)
• Performance bonuses and incentives
• Ability to earn tips & commission

Job Type

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Contract available August 23rd – Oct 29th (Start date flexible until Aug 30th)
• Overtime hours available

Requirements

• Vehicle available for use (required to be considered for Team Leader roles – without a vehicle you can still be considered for the Team Member role)
• Mileage incurred during operations is compensated on top of hourly pay
